How to use this web site:
On the left of the screen are buttons which list our stock categories.
Each button has a drop down menu which lists further sub categories for you to choose from.
Choosing a sub category will take you to a list of products.
On the left within the orange bar you can see how many products are listed in your chosen category.
On the right within the orange bar you can see which page you are currently on and you can use the button here to go back
or forward a page.
To see a bigger version of the picture or to view more information on each product you can either click on the picture or click on the more info tab.
When you are ready to select a product click on the Buy! tab and the product will be automatically placed in your shopping basket.
Some products offer further options and the point of selection. (Eg. size, filled or unfilled and shapes)
These options are chosen by clicking the arrow at the side of the price tag.
When you have chosen all your items, click on the Check Out tab at the top of your screen to see a list of item you have selected.
At this stage you may still delete items or update your choices.
Once you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping trolley, the next step is to fill our the BillingDetail form.
If your delivery details are different from your billing details you then fill out the Delivery Details form.
Once you are satisfied with the details in the Billing / Delivery form, you can click on the Submit button.
You will then be offered a confirmation button.
Once you click on the Confirmation button, your order is automatically placed in our system.
You will then received a confirmation E-Mail from us letting you know we have received your order.
We will then ring you within 24 hours to arrange for payment.

As postage and delivery rates depend on the size of the order and delivery destination, we will confirm freight rates prior to processing your order.

1. We recommend, supply and use the highest quality latex balloons. These are most suitable for use with Helium and are environmentally friendly.
2. We have endeavoured to ensure that the colours in our catalogue photos match the actual colour of our products. However, because of variations in how computer systems render coloured pictures, there may sometimes be
differences between the colour of our catalogue image and the actual product.
Returns Policy:
Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit.
If you require replacement or refund you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. The number to call is 02 6280 8614.
The Party Shop must give approval and a return authorization number, before you return your goods.
Our products are subject to design and colour changes so The Party Shop reserves the right to supply currently available items where suitable. If any substituted items do not meet with your approval please phone 02 6280 8614 and speak to our friendly customer service staff.

Any information provided to us is only used by us.
The Party Shop needs certain information in order to process and send orders, and to contact you for customer service enquiries.
This includes your name, mailing address and email address. These are for the sole use of The Party Shop and will not be passed on to any third party. We do not allow your data to be used by anyone else at all.
